To connect to your knowledge base in HelpCenter.io, you will have to obtain your help center subdomain along with an API key, first.
1. Note your subdomain and get an API key from HelpCenter.io
Once inside your HelpCenter.io dashboard, you can easily see your subdomain on multiple places. Once you login, you can see the subdomain in the help centers list here: https://helpcenter.io/app/sites.

Your subdomain is the bolded part right before ".helpcenter.io" and this is what you should enter on the next step when connecting KBAnywhere to knowledge base on HelpCenter.io.
In case you are already inside the dashboard of your help center, you can hover over the HelpCenter.io logo in the top-left corner of the dashboard which would expand it and you can see your subdomain in bold.

Take a note of it as you will need it on the next step.
Next, get a read-only API key for your help center if you do not have one already.
2. Connect to your knowledge base
Once you have the subdomain and an API key, you can open the KBAnywhere extension and click on the "Select a source" dropdown menu. Then, choose the HelpCenter source:

On the next step, you will have to provide the subdomain and the API key that we obtained from HelpCenter.io in the previous step. Enter these in the fields that are available for the HelpCenter.io source and click on the "connect" button to proceed:

3. Utilize your knowledge base to the most
If the connection was successful, you will see the top-level categories from your knowledge base on the home screen of the KBAnywhere extension:
