KBAnywhere is an extension for the Chrome browser that allows you to connect to your knowledge base - public or private and quickly find relevant content whenever you need it - answering customer questions, needing to recall something specific or following a SOP, you can quickly glance through the relevant information for any browser tab.

KBAnywhere support different knowledge base providers including Zendesk, HelpScout and HelpCenter.io.

You can also connect the extension to your own OpenAI account and integrate your knowledge base with AI for seamless question answering using your knowledge base content as a context, or using GPT models to directly write reply to customer support questions that could be answered using information from your help center.
